Synergy Cloud acquires WeatherNet

Synergy Cloud, has acquired the majority stake in WeatherNet from Sedgwick, a leading global provider of technology-enabled risk, benefits and integrated business solutions. The deal completed on 30.04.2021 for an undisclosed sum.
